OUTCOMES • The customer saw our recommendation as applicable enterprise-wide, encompassing all divisions over 400 thermal printers • By removing the need for color, we went from 12 SKUs to one • The customer has realized a significant soft cost reduction – a six-figure savings on an annual basis - Monthly changeovers at 400+ units - Inventory management of 12 SKUs to one - Purchasing management of 12 SKUs to one • We achieved significant hard cost reduction - One blank label SKU vs. 12 printed/color SKUs - More than 50 percent product savings • We worked closely with purchasing and production teams to manage the stock change and training on the new alphanumeric information on the labels We would not have seen this opportunity, nor understood its feasibility, without applying our More Than Print process.
