OUTCOMES Through the coordinated onboarding process, Imperial inspected and photographed all material that came from the institute to our warehouse. Through this process, outdated and even redundant materials were identified as well as tools or materials that were already damaged and needed to be disposed of or repaired. • They no longer needed to deal with the hassle of material procurement • They no longer needed to handle inventory management • They no longer needed to coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics to events and back • Imperial managed turnkey fulfillment - Pick/pack - Kit/hand assembly - Changing out banners and other graphics - All logistics and associated paperwork Based on a time studies run, administrative soft costs were reduced by tens of thousands of dollars annually. It is important to Imperial that our solutions evaluate both hard and soft cost impacts. The institute assumed that our interest would have been to pursue the print work by trying to offer a better price or faster turnaround time. We were pleased to catch them off guard. Working with them, we identified what was truly the greatest pain and what was the biggest win for them. Providing a unique approach with outside of the box thinking allows us to bring real value to our clients. This is the fuel the drives our teams to come into work each day and look for ways we can exceed our customer expectations in new ways. communicate@morethanprint.com www.morethanprint.com 855.818.3405 CONTACT CASE STUDY | Pg.3
